nPM1100 電源管理IC

用於電池充電和供電的超小型電源管理IC (PMIC)。

nPM1100是一款專用的電源管理IC (PMIC),具有高效的雙模式可設定降壓穩壓器和整合電池充電器。它是Nordic nRF52®系列和nRF53®系列系統單晶片(SoC)的互補元件,可以確保供電可靠和運行穩定,同時透過高效和低靜態電流讓電池壽命最大化。它還可以作為一個通用的PMIC裝置用於任何其他合適的場景。它極其精巧的外形尺寸使其成為可穿戴裝置、聯網醫療裝置和其他尺寸受限應用的理想選擇。PCB佔用面積低至23 mm2。

這款整合電池充電器專為鋰離子電池和鋰聚合物電池設計,端接電壓可選擇4.1或4.2 V,支援標稱電壓分別為3.6和3.7 V的化學電池。內建電池過熱保護和三種充電模式自動選擇功能,三種充電模式分別為:自動涓流充電、恆流充電、恆壓充電。最大充電電流可透過電阻在20 mA到400 mA範圍內選擇。此電源管理IC還具有放電電流限制,相容JEITA標準。此電源管理IC相容USB,可透過USB充電,具有自動介面檢測功能。

高效降壓穩壓器可以在1.8、2.1、2.7或3.0 V的可選輸出電壓下提供高達150 mA的電流。它具有軟啟動以及在遲滯和PWM模式之間自動轉換的功能。它還允許強制PWM模式,以確保低電源噪聲執行。轉換效率高達92%,而佔用面積只有27 mm2,包括無源元件。
