nPM1100 电源管理IC

引脚可配置、小型化封装电源管理芯片(PMIC)

nPM1100 是一款电源管理芯片(PMIC),集成电池充电器与双模式可配置降压稳压器。该器件可简化电源设计,兼具高转换效率与低静态电流,在空间受限的可穿戴、医疗及物联网设备中最大限度延长电池续航。芯片支持全引脚配置,无需软件即可完成配置与控制。

包含全部无源器件在内,整套方案占用面积最低仅 23 平方毫米,依托 nPM1100 即可实现小型化电池供电产品设计,替代以往需要多款分立元器件的方案;若为优化转换效率进行设计,所需 PCB 面积会略有增加。

    • 迟滞 / PWM 模式自动切换,也可强制固定为 PWM 工作模式
    • 电源转换效率最高可达 92%
