nRF54LC10A System-on-Chip

Entry-level, ultra-low-power wireless SoC for Bluetooth LE, Matter, Thread, and Zigbee

The nRF54L Series offers SoCs that combine an efficient MCU with ultra-low-power wireless connectivity. The nRF54LC10A features 1 MB NVM, 192 KB RAM, an essential peripheral set, and advanced security features. It suits size-constrained, cost-sensitive applications like Bluetooth LE trackers, item finders, tags, Matter simple sensors, Thread and Zigbee networked sensor nodes. For devices with enclosed batteries, <50nA hibernation mode extends shelf life.

nRF54LC10A supports Bluetooth LEBluetooth Channel Sounding, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols with data rates up to 4 Mbps for low-latency applications.

Performance highlights

  • Processing efficiency and performance: 239 CoreMark/mA, 503 CoreMark®
