集成度优异、搭载专属系统管理功能的电源管理芯片（PMIC）

nPM1300 是一款高集成度多功能电源管理芯片（PMIC），单芯片集成电池充电器、算法型电量计、两路高效率降压稳压器、两路低压差稳压器 / 负载开关以及全套系统管理功能。nPM1300 可缩减 PCB 占用面积与物料清单，替代多颗分立元器件；同时搭载全兼容 I²C 的双线串行接口（TWI），大幅提升设计灵活度

器件内置基于算法的电池电量计，可上报剩余电量与电池健康状态，搭配高精度库仑计，超低功耗运行，无需外接额外器件。芯片配备丰富的系统管理功能：硬件看门狗、掉电预警、硬件复位监控电路、启动故障恢复、出厂休眠模式与深度休眠模式。

      • 电压步进 100 毫伏可调
    • 迟滞 / 脉冲调制（PWM）模式自动切换，亦可强制固定为 PWM 模式
    • 电源转换效率最高 93%
  • 两路低压差稳压器 / 负载开关 
    • 输出电流：LDO 50 毫安 / 负载开关 100 毫安
    • 输出电压：1.0～3.3 伏 
      • LDO 电压步进 100 毫伏可调
