Development hardware
We offer development kits containing what you need to get started with your Zigbee development. Our kits make all features and GPIOs of the SoCs available to you, including NFC. All kits have user-programmable buttons and LEDs, and come with an on-board debugger. Note that the nRF54L15 Tag and nRF52840 Dongle do not include a debugger. We recommend using a development kit for development.
We also offer the nRF52840 Dongle, complementary hardware to the nRF Connect for Desktop tool. It supports Bluetooth LE, Bluetooth mesh, Thread, and Zigbee. It can be a low-cost alternative when doing large-scale testing or when size is important.
Our Power Profiler Kit II (PPK2) is a tool for measuring current consumption. Use it with any of our development kits, prototyping platforms, or your own designs. PPK2 works from sub-µA to 1 A and can log up to 500 days.
